-As I finished this piece I remembered how when I was little my mom would coat my pillow in lavender aromatherapy spray when I was worried and anxious. I slept so good on those nights. I love that memory and it’s one of my favorites of my mom, it was the sweetest🌙 I think ever since then I have adored all things lavender; perfume, candles, the color, bath salts. I have my mom to thank for showing me how to take care of myself when I was worried. The little things we can do; pray, light candles, take a bath, make some tea, read a book, get quiet 🕯
